Constantia Man Falsely Reports Truck Crash and Trooper Shooting
Police charged Leonard J. Graument of Constantia with third degree falsely reporting an incident and second degree reckless endangerment after he told a neighbor he had crashed his truck and shot a trooper. Troopers found no crash or shooting, noting the claim was made as a joke. He faces a Sept. 18 appearance in Constantia Town Court. Exelon says Nine Mile Point Unit 1 is back online after a Wednesday shutdown caused by a failed water level control component. Unit 2 remained online.
