Rombough and Twiss vie in GOP District 13 primary
A Republican primary in Oswego County's District 13 pits Brad Rombough a retired businessman against Patrick Twiss a 23 year old city of Oswego laborer. Both stress tax restraint and fiscal prudence as they seek to succeed outgoing County Legislature Chair Kevin Gardner. Twiss advocates youth engagement growth and returning unspent funds to taxpayers while Rombough emphasizes cutting spending and enacting drug testing for welfare recipients. Voters may cast ballots noon to 9 PM at three area polling sites.
