ARISE golf event brings a sunny day to Oswego
Jason Pepper from Scriba joined 19 other participants in ARISE seventh annual golf clinic for people with disabilities at Evergreen Hills Golf Course. Pepper sank a par on the par three ninth after driving and putting practice. The event featured three holes with longest drive and closest to the pin challenges and followed by burgers and hot dogs. ARISE coordinator James Karasek highlighted the program aims to offer activities not usually available and to foster community involvement.
