Fulton mayoral bid features write in candidate Chapple
Fulton residents may see Stephen Chapple as a write in candidate for mayor pledging non politics driven reform. He proposes lowering taxes by reclassifying Fulton from city to village and emphasizes family style city management and accountability. Chapple, a former Sodus Point officer, calls for driver safety training for all city vehicle drivers and a better police community relationship. Election Day is November 3.
