Adarsha Budhathoki an 18 year old SUNY Oswego student from Brewster was arrested on Thursday on charges including third degree rape a class B felony second degree unlawful imprisonment a class A misdemeanor and third degree sexual abuse a class B misdemeanor He was arraigned in Oswego Town Court before Justice Donald Dodd and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on bail set at 5000 cash or 10000 bond.
