Oswego Town Board released a revised 2017 budget at a public hearing showing a tax rate of 390.08 per 100000, up from 2016 but down from earlier 467.71 tentative rate. The levy would be 913891, with 1.9 million appropriations and 995663 revenues.
Ronald Bisnett, 46, was arrested in Oswego County by Syracuse police in connection with two Onondaga County robberies on Halloween and Oct 24. He faces two counts of third degree robbery and is held at the Onondaga County Justice Center.
