Wahrendorf co-owns nearly 24 properties with husband David, has a SUNY Oswego business degree, and paused work to raise three children.
Oswego resident and carpenter Robert Wilmott, a Republican candidate for the 4th Ward on the Oswego Common Council, contrasts vacant dilapidated blocks with homeowners boosting appearances. He notes growing local pride and development plans as housing concerns rise in his ward and across the city.
