Oswego County honors long serving health care providers

A May 13 reception recognized Oswego County health care workers for decades of service. Pediatrician Young Kim, MD, received practitioner of the year for 30 plus years of care in Oswego, while Celeste Carnes and others were among nominees. The Rural Health Network of Oswego County hosted the event with NOCHSI and local sponsors.
