Dr. Kenneth A. Kurtz 95 of Oswego and formerly Fulton died April 23 2016 Born August 25 1920 he served as a captain in the U S Army Air Forces during World War II a board certified surgeon and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons He married Alice Jane Peterson in 1951 and ran a private Fulton practice retiring in 1989 Surviving are four children eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren Calling hours are May 27 6 8 pm and May 28 11 am to noon with a remembrance service at Foster Funeral Home Donations may be made to The Rotary Foundation the Fulton or Rescue Mission Alliance of Syracuse.
