Oswego JVs Win Oswego County JV Tournament
The Oswego JV softball team shut out Fayetteville-Manlius 7-0 in Phoenix to clinch the Oswego County JV Tournament title. Breeanna Race pitched five innings with two hits, nine strikeouts, and two runs allowed as Oswego swept through the event after beating Auburn and I am very pleased with our effort in these three games. Nichole Donahue contributed a triple and run, Alexis Sterno drove in two, and Hailey Babcock had two RBIs and a hit as Oswego built a 4-0 second inning lead before adding in the later frames.

Oswego varsity blanked Christian Brothers Academy 6-0 with Joe Wallace pitching a shutout and adding a single and a double. Justin DeGrenier and Liam Moran each had two hits, while Trevor Bradshaw and Eli Dandrich drove in two runs apiece.

Oswego State, ranked 10th, swept Oneonta 5-3 in 11 innings, 4-0, and 9-2 to finish SUNYAC play 29-7, setting a program record for wins.
