SUNY Oswego honors three staff with Chancellor's Award
Katharine Dutton Elizabeth Oberst and Kathleen Pagano received SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Professional Service. Dutton led the Angel to Blackboard migration with 500 faculty training and 900 courses moved, while Oberst has built Oswego's alumni network for over 80,000 alumni and led programs like Alumni-in-Residence and New York City Career Connections. Pagano, a 42‑year financial aid veteran, modernized processes via technology and mentored students, helping retain aid and streamline services.
