Oswego Health hires two psychiatrists for BHS Department

Oswego Health welcomes Omar Colon and Bentley Strockbine to the Behavioral Health Services division. Colon, MD PhD, trained in Bergen New Jersey and Stony Brook, brings child and addiction psychiatry and forensic interests. Strockbine, MD PhD, undertook a forensic psychiatry fellowship at Upstate and a Stony Brook residency, with a PhD in molecular pharmacology. Both will serve inpatients and outpatients, with Colon providing ER consults and Strockbine focusing on adults 18 plus.

Oswego Health 5K Run For Your Health Set Aug 13

Oswego Health invites runners and walkers to a 5K Run For Your Health on August 13 at 8 30 a m on the Seneca Hill campus starting and ending at The Manor 20 Manor Drive Oswego. A 1 mile kids run begins at 8 a m with prizes for top overall and age group finishers. Early registration is 25 dollars by July 17 with 30 dollars after and on race day.
