Fulton DPW begins first phase of two planned paving rounds this year. Curtis Street from Route 48 to the western city line is the initial section, with the rest including West 2nd Street Oneida Street and Emery Street, plus two two block stretches on West 6th and Worth streets. Some work awaits railroad track removal by CSX. ADA ramps and sidewalk improvements are included. A second phase may occur, depending on asphalt equipment availability. CHIPS funding will cover major paving. city funds $25,000 for patching and street maintenance.
