Oswego Health welcomed Theresa Ruddy MD MPH to its General Surgery Associates at 90 W Utica St Oswego. Ruddy, a board certified colorectal surgeon, trained at SUNY Buffalo Rush University Brown University and SUNY Upstate, with a fellowship at Brown Rhode Island Hospital. She will perform colonoscopies and colorectal resections at Oswego Hospital and treats cancer diverticulitis Crohn's disease and inflammatory bowel conditions.
