Phoenix students run Enterprise America learning city

Eighth graders from Phoenix Central School District gain real world knowledge through Enterprise America at WCNY Syracuse. In a culminating day students act as entrepreneurs employees consumers and citizens using financial literacy lawmaking and city planning.
