Fulton Granby plan third year of lake dredging
Fulton Mayor Ron Woodward Sr and Granby officials plan a third year of dredging around Lake Neatah wanta to reopen Stevenson Beach closed in 1988 for high fecal coliform levels. Granby would share dredging duties with Fulton using its own equipment and volunteers. Funding remains uncertain but a $100,000 grant per group is planned for 2016, with state support acknowledged for ongoing efforts to improve water quality and tourism potential.
