Doyle 51 and Maroney 73 were arraigned in Richland Town Court and have Jan 24 court dates after a Richland judge recused. Police say the pair knew a 15 year old through school ties and aided a runaway with alcohol and gift purchases while denying contact. Doyle faces four counts endangering welfare and more. Fulton firefighter Bud Shinnick Sr. dies at 81
William T. Shinnick Sr. known as Bud of Fulton died December 5 2017 at V A Medical Center Syracuse He served as Fulton firefighter for 23 years retired in 1985 and worked as a custodian at the Fulton Polish Home A Marine Corps veteran he held numerous local lodge and veteran group roles and was honored as Veteran of the Year Bud supported veterans and was a longtime local radio personality known as Oswego Valley Kermit. He was predeceased by his wife Louise and son James and survived by eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Burial with military honors will be at St Marys Cemetery Fulton.
