Millar and Oswego fight over Cahill building contract
Developer Tom Millar presses an appeal after Oswego rejected his plan to buy Cahill's Fish Market. The Fourth Department is set to review in February with a ruling possible in early 2016. Millar contends the contract was voided over financing concerns, while city officials say the suit lacks merit for missing purchasing partners. Millar’s venture with Fowler Gardella Construction faced financing doubts and council approval disputes.
