Solarize CNY program boosts Oswego energy savings workshops
Oswego County joins Solarize CNY with NYSERDA funding to lower solar installation costs through tax credits and state incentives. Workshops led by Skyline Solar owners William and Emmylou Edwards run in Phoenix Fulton Oswego Pulaski and other locales, featuring city and campus venues on select dates to learn about affordable solar power.

Oswego Health names Wajeed Sana EMERGENCY SERVICES director
Oswego Hospital welcomes Wajeed Sana MD as medical director of Emergency Services. Sana trained in Pakistan and completed a family medicine residency at St. Vincent's Mercy Medical Center Toledo where he was chief resident and received the Thomas Clever MD Award. He has treated patients in the ED since 2012 and aims to shorten wait times and improve customer service. Lana arrives with prior roles as Cayuga Emergency Physicians medical director and work at Life Time Health Medical Group in Rochester. Oswego’s ED runs 24/7 with trauma bays and a central cardiac system monitoring 17 patients. In 2014 the center cared for 125,600 visitors.
