Ole Miss Falls 33 to 0 to A and M in Clarksdale Tilt

In Clarksdale Ole Miss football loses to A and M 33 to 0 before about 3000 fans. The game features early A and M scores, standout runs by Cassell and Jiggetts, and strong defense by Capt. Ed Cowart for Ole Miss. Referee Halligan, Umpire Graves, and Head Linesman Meadows officiated. Time quarters were 15 minutes.

Cotton ginned in Lafayette county 1919-18 figures released

Director Sam L. Rogers of the Census Bureau reports preliminary Lafayette county cotton ginned for 1919 and 1918 with totals 2752 for 1919 and 1441 for 1918, a gain of 1317 bales. Other counties show declines: Marshall 4000 less than 1918, Panola 3000 less, Yalobusha 1000 less.
