A. M. Biggerstaff, released a short time earlier after five months in federal prison, was arrested Tuesday for illicit distilling. Sheriff Hartsfield and deputies found a large copper still near his Kentucky home. Biggerstaff, reputedly a leading southern distiller, was taken to the county jail pending a preliminary hearing.
