Julian Bramlett Dies at Enid Miss Influenza Claim

Julian T Bramlett age 38 died at his Enid Mississippi home Friday afternoon February 28 influenza and pneumonia led to death. His body returned to Oxford then to his parents home for burial with funeral at St Peters cemetery Sunday afternoon amid no public ceremony due to flu. He is survived by his wife two daughters and siblings Dr Eugene Bramlett and Dr W P Bramlett.

D B Pritchard Dies at 73 in Etta Mississippi

D B Pritchard aged 73 died at his home in Etta Mississippi on February 26 1920 after a yearlong illness from pneumonia following influenza. His remains lay in state at Philadelphia where he had long held church membership. He is survived by four daughters Mrs R E McElvaney of Oxford Mrs T H Collins Mrs N E Parks Mrs H B Parks and son D A Pritchard of Etta.

Senator John Bankhead Dies at 77 in Washington

Senator John Bankhead of Alabama died at 1 P.M. in Washington after weeks of illness from lagrone. He served in the Senate since 1907 and was the oldest member at 77. A Confederate veteran and long-time public servant, he had been active despite feeble health, with a notable record on public buildings and rivers and harbors.
