Guy B. Taylor hardware merchant and Patton and Taylor partner died February 25 1920 from pneumonia influenza. He served as county circuit clerk for years and was a former sheriff candidate. He belonged to the Masons and the Methodist church. Survived by his wife and three children. Funeral at the family home with Masonic interment at St Peters Cemetery.
