Miller pledges tougher consumer protection drive in Kansas
In Topeka a Vernon Miller Appreciation Dinner drew 400 plus attendees as Democrats praised the attorney general and he pledged to intensify efforts against consumer fraud if reelected. He cited a 50 percent rise in dollars recovered for consumers in 1971 and forecast doubling that total in 1972.
