Markets stall on nervous trading amid Sept 11 anniversary
On Wednesday Wall Street paused after a sharp sell-off as investors held back. Analysts doubted a quick rally while monitoring the Sept 11 anniversary and refining portfolios. Local stocks included United Parcel, Wendy's, WalMart, O'Reilly Auto, H&R Block, and SLM with modest shifts. Grain quotes from Overbrook Co op and Franklin County services showed wheat around 4.19 and soybeans near 5.48.
