Residents oppose Dollar General rezoning in Wellsville
Neighbors on Chilton Avenue urge the Wellsville Planning Commission to reject rezoning 824 Chilton Ave from residential to commercial for a Dollar General. Arlen Frank, long-time resident, fears property value loss and privacy disruption from a nearby 9,100-square-foot retail building planned by developer Tyler Oliver. The Thursday public hearing will consider the request as residents organize with about 60 signatures.
