Sam Pacheco, a 58 year old Marine veteran, sells breakfast burritos from a cart in the Bran dywine Liquors lot at 1605 S. Main St. Ottawa. He and his wife Maria run Maria's Mexican restaurant nearby and started vending in September 2012. The cart operates Tuesday through Friday from 7 a.m. to noon, drawing steady passersby who enjoy pork and chorizo burritos and the open air dining vibe.
