Garnett school board, reversing a previous month’s plan, votes 5 to 2 to implement all day kindergarten next year. Staffing will keep Montada and Greeley schools, two teachers to be hired. Also relocating elementary students to Anderson County Junior Senior High with kindergartners and first graders at Irving and grades 2-6 at the current high school after remodeling.
