Trials set for Gardner man murder and two Olathe sex cases
Trials set in Johnson County District Court for Marvin Cannan 38 charged with murder in the October killing of Michael Kirkpatrick 42 in Edgerton. Olatheans Michael Bauer 41 and Rodney Callow 41 face August 28 start dates on multiple felony counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and aggravated criminal sodomy involving a child. Evidence shows at least seven boys ages 11 to 17 were molested on trips, at Callow's residence, and in Ottawa after Callow moved.
