Ottawa brothers Ross L. and Rick A. Fulton received multiple commendations at Wentworth Military Academy commencement. Ross earned the Brigade Commander Plaque Burr Medal American Veterans WWII Award and Trumpeter Journalism Certificate for student newspaper work. Rick top quarter in ROTC and high school class and won the Department of the Army Superior Cadet award finishing third in the High School Junior Class scholastic competition and receiving the Frank Brown award.
