Extradition planned for Samuel Tannyhill in murder case
Ohio authorities plan to extradite Samuel W. Tannyhill from Kansas to Fremont to face first degree murder charges for the May 2 fatal beating of Shirley Bradford, a Fremont waitress. Gov. Lausche will sign the extradition warrant. Tannyhill is serving 10 to 21 years for armed robbery and was arrested after a $155 liquor store holdup in Wellington. Bradford’s body was found near a bridge south of Fremont after she was reportedly abducted from her workplace.
