Richmond Kansas Ordinance Amends Two Family Districts
The city of Richmond Kansas adopts Ordinance 98 274 amending zoning for R 2 two family residential districts. It sets hardship rules for duplex eligibility, frontage and depth requirements, and annual Planning Commission review. It also permits rebuilding on non conforming lots with set back limits and repeals prior inconsistent ordinance 93 256. City officials sign the measure. first and last publications dated January 16 and 23, 1998.
