Ottawa trustees back a Kansas Library Association drive to raise state funding for library grants by 1 million. Gov Graves proposes 254 500, but federal dollars were cut this year leaving 10.2 percent less funding. Dew notes Ottawa would lose about 1 000 from its grant.
