Weapon found leads to Williamsburg student arrest
A 17 year old Williamsburg high school girl was arrested Friday after a 9 mm pistol and liquor were found in her car in the school parking lot. She faces charges of possession of a firearm on school grounds transporting an open container of liquor and liquor by a minor and is due in district court Monday.

Two County Crimes Solved After Kansas City Suspects Arrest
Three Kansas City, Kansas residents were arrested after a high speed chase through Miami and Franklin Counties ending in Douglas County. Franklin County sheriff Capt. Kevin Kimball said stolen property from two January incidents was recovered at the suspects' home in Kansas City, including items belonging to Karen and John Wilson of Rantoul and Fred A.
