Franklin County Commissioners appoint four new members to the Convention and Tourism Committee. New members are Lynn Reed of Hallmark Inn, Betty Shaffer of Homewood RV Park and Campground, Harold Wingert of Wingert's 1-35 Service, and Skip Speich of Downhome Antiques. Reed’s term ends in 1996 while the others serve until 1997. Brad Howard chairs the committee.
