Ottawa ushers in carol fest at Haley Park
The Ottawa City Commission hosts a 7 p.m. carol event at Haley Park on Wednesday. Citizens are asked to bring canned goods or a toy for ECKAN to help needy families. The event features hot chocolate from the Chamber of Commerce and Santa candy, with the First United Methodist Church Youth Choir performing and commissioners leading carols.
