Lotto winner buys truck before claiming nine million prize
Carroll Hines of Lafayette won a nine million dollar Powerball jackpot and bought a Chevrolet pickup before driving to Indianapolis to claim his prize. He received the first of twenty annual payments of four hundred fifty three thousand dollars and was assisted by dealer Russ Brim who chauffeured him.
