Demolition of Ottawa's 130-year-old Rohrbaugh building approved
The Ottawa city commission voted 5-0 to demolish the buckling three story structure at 124 S Main St after engineering warned of imminent collapse. CrossFirst Bank of Leawood faced duty to shore up the ruin but declined and left a vacant lot in a deteriorated condition now masking a historic site.
