Overland Park Officer Charged With Theft
Maj. John Round a longtime Overland Park police veteran and Shawnee Mission school board member faces one felony theft count and a misdemeanor computer manipulation charge for allegedly taking about $2000 from the special investigative drug fund between January and August.
