Docking Proposes Lawrence North-South Bypass
Gov. Robert Docking announced a plan to add a north south bypass route on the east side of Lawrence to the Kansas highway system. He urged location studies to set a corridor between K10 and U S 24 and said zoning help would be sought to preserve the route until construction.
