Rev. and Mrs. John M. Herrmann of Polk County mark their 60th wedding anniversary at home in Osceola. The couple hosted relatives from Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and the Pacific Northwest, with children, grandchildren, and nieces attending. The pair married September 14, 1893, and returned to Osceola in 1937 after Rev. Herrmann retirement, remaining there since.
