Pioneer Citizen J R Richmond Dies at 73
J R Richmond born June 7 1862 in Lime Lake Canada moved to Cedar Rapids Iowa at age eight. He died Sept 28 at his Osceola Nebraska farm at 73 with heart failure after thirty years as school director and a devoted husband father and neighbor. Funeral held at home with Rev Pengelly officiating. Interment in Osceola Cemetery.
