Doris Wieseman of Lincoln visits her mother Mrs. Viola Wieseman over the weekend. The Night Owl bridge club gathered Monday evening at Leonard Hanson’s home with prizes awarded to Mrs. Don Byers and Phil Campbell for high scores.
Mr and Mrs Harry Carman were Sunday guests of their daughter Mrs Lee Snodgrass and family in Lincoln. Sandra Schumann of that city was also a guest at the Snodgrass home.
Mr and Mrs Leroy Johnson stopped by the Paul Holmes home in Polk Sunday evening to visit with neighbors and friends for a shortaltime gathering.

Edith Heilman plans a New Mexico trip, with Ann Coons accompanying to Kansas for Memorial services.
Norma Jean Ferris of Kearney, the Walter Larson family, and Harry Cole visited the W. E. Ferris home near Silver Creek on Sunday.
Mrs Walter Larson thanks relatives and friends for flowers cards and visits during her hospital stay and after returning home in a brief acknowledgment likely published in a community social notes section.
