Joseph Tschauner has completed a bungalow style farm home two miles west of town. The two story 26 by 34 foot house with full basement includes five main rooms on the first floor and three bedrooms plus a bath upstairs. Will Deland built the structure Elmer Lovell did interior decorating and Joe assisted in all phases. The building cost is reported at 5000 dollars.
