Edwin Anderson as administrator of Nathaniel Wilson's estate sues Dean Sack Meridian Construction and drivers Cecil Brumbaugh and Harry Jones for 9385 dollars in damages after Wilson's Chevrolet sedan struck a truck on a Bradshaw road August 3 1940. Wilson died from windshield damage caused by protruding pipes on the truck. The suit claims Brumbaugh and Jones were negligent.
