The State of Nebraska informs creditors of Clair L LeMar’s estate that claims must be filed and proved as required by law. The notice specifies the process to present demands against the estate and the deadline for filing.

Mrs. Sam Wyman visited Central City Friday afternoon. The Lloyd Wamsley family hosted calls at the Social Center and hosted Mr. and Mrs. Frank Frizzell Sunday. Vern McCormick made Osceola and Columbus business calls. Anna Strohbehn and E M Jacobsen joined the Wamsley families for Sunday evening.
Members of the 72 Club attended a Sunday meeting at Fairview. Families and relatives visited at various homes including the Imm, Wyman, Barker, Norris, and Schipporeil households. Occasional birthdays, anniversaries, and weekend visits linked residents from Osceola, Duncan, Lincoln, and Grand Island with local neighbors.
Mrs. Nels Wilson 70 was buried at Polk cemetery after services at Stromsburg Methodist Church. Mrs. Ellen Tinker 86 died suddenly of a heart attack at a neighbor’s home and funeral services were held at Wall Funeral Home. Tinker widow of Rev. G. W. Tinker. Molly Wilson of Stanford University visits during spring vacation.

Polk County Legion banquet elects Robert Baack county commander and Ray Sedlak county vice commander. speakers include Robert Lowry Decker and Stan Huffman. baby born March 23 at Stromsburg hospital weighing seven pounds eight ounces. Palm Sunday concert by 70 voice chorus conducted by Frank Mills at high school auditorium with soloists. Merle Haynes for Congress.
Mr and Mrs George Hall of Bellville Kansas visited family and attended the baptism of Carol Jane Manley at the Methodist church. Dale Frizzell hosted 10 boys for Ron Frizzell's 12th birthday with games and cake. Osceola Rink opens Saturdays at 7 30 and invites children 2 to 4 PM. Janell Bowman of Lincoln visited with Carl Bowman and Gary. Clarence Rodene and Mary Nyberg hosted at Philip Nyberg's home.
