In the County Court of Polk County Nebraska creditors of Rudolph J. Mangelsen deceased must file claims by July 6 1956 or be barred hearing on July 7 1956 to adjust and allow all claims filed. County Judge L M Merrick seals notice.
Petition filed to appoint Addie M. Sterup administratrix of Elizabeth Carter estate. Hearing set for April 6, 1956 at 11:00 A M in the County Court Room Osceola Nebraska. Dated March 12 1956.
Lew E. Miller is named deceased and W. Lloyd Miller is proposed as Administrator for the Nebraska estate with a court appointment set for 9 o'clock in the morning at the County courthouse.
Notice states Albert E. Johnson is deceased and the administrator c.t.a seeks approval of final report. It outlines the estate handling and requests court review of final accounting and distributions. Public notice addresses creditors and claim deadlines and assigns fiduciary duties to the administrator.

Wesley Chapel reports a busy week with relatives visiting from Beresford and Centerville, Omaha and Lincoln. local gatherings include a Friendly Neighbors farewell and birthday dinners. A correction notes Kuhnel relatives were dinner guests in Adolph Kresha’s home. Dwight Pumphrey will speak on irrigation economics at 8 p m with refreshments to follow hosted by Stromsburg Chamber of Commerce. Extension Clubs train on refinishing furniture with varnish and oil finishes and popular treatments explored.
County Agent notes urge spring seed cleaning using Polk County Noxious Weed District mill with orders via the County Agent at 4371. Oats and barley seed should be cleaned now. Also announces March 16 irrigation education at Swanson's Hall Stromsburg with Paul Fischback on soil water plant relations and pumping efficiency.
Miss Lottie Galus was a guest of Mrs. John Fintel. Donald Lindblade is seriously ill in Osceola hospital. Lincoln guests include Mr. and Mrs. Ray Burns and family. David Tilley returned from St. Francis Hospital after surgery. Various visits to Hebron Grand Island Lincoln and York. paper drive planned. and local notices mix in.
