Free Fireworks Planned for July 4 in Columbus Neb
A free Fourth of July fireworks display is planned at the Columbus Agricultural Park in Nebraska. Jaycees Fireworks Committee Chairman Bob Johansen says about $700 of fireworks have been purchased for free public viewing. The event will begin at 8 p.m. and include a tribute to the new 50 star American flag. If rain occurs, the show will be postponed to July 5.
