The Osceola Board of County Commissioners and the county clerk met to review the assessment rolls on June 15 and 17 1915. They examined personal property lists and heard complaints including Lou H Meyers prospective reduction of her assessed value to 23610. A range of adjustments were discussed including reducing an improvement valuation from 1500 to 1300 and examining unlisted money or notes.
