Supreme Court funds for Osceola man Snider
The state guaranty fund was held liable for 4750 dollars to 8 A Snider of Osceola in a decision filed Saturday. Snider held an exchange sued by First State Bank Richfield with Papillion bank operated by E C Goerke who vanished after drawing on a deposit in an Omaha bank. The Papillion bank paid with sufficient funds, so the fund does not suffer by the payment as non payment would have increased cash assets.
